Important Safety Precautions

This product operates on DC24V only. Direct connection to 220V AC mains is strictly prohibited.
Always use with a corresponding 24V driver and disconnect power before installation.
Use with aluminum channel and diffuser to improve heat dissipation and prevent glare.
Avoid excessively long single strips to prevent voltage drop and dimming at the ends.
Do not excessively bend or pull the LED strip to prevent damage.
Place driver power supply in well-ventilated, dry locations accessible for maintenance.
Indoor version is not suitable for damp environments - choose IP54 or higher for waterproof applications.
Cut only at designated cut points to ensure proper functionality.

Installation and Maintenance

Installation Steps

Cut the LED strip at designated cut points according to required length
Peel off 3M adhesive backing and attach strip smoothly to aluminum channel
Connect LED strip to 24V driver positive/negative terminals (soldering recommended)
Cover with diffuser and fix aluminum channel to predetermined position
Connect driver to 220V AC mains and test brightness and flicker
Tidy wiring, conceal power cord, and complete installation

Routine Maintenance

Periodically disconnect power and wipe surface dust with dry or slightly damp cloth
Avoid strong corrosive cleaning agents
If localized areas fail to light up, check power supply and connectors for looseness
Intermittent use extends lifespan - avoid prolonged high-load continuous operation
Replace entire LED strip if LEDs turn black or brightness significantly decreases
Immediately replace driver if it makes abnormal noises or becomes severely overheated
